Biography

For my work as a fashion lecturer and in my personal practice I think about what creativity is and how it can be encouraged, with a focus on sustainable design and analogue techniques. My work has been collected and exhibited internationally, and I have published two books of photography.

Photographic prints

I'm lucky to have a darkroom and thoroughly enjoy developing my own film and prints in it. These are gelatin silver prints on matt fibre based paper, and will always be made in small editions.

All my other prints are professionally printed using Fujicolor ® Crystal Archive II paper. The paper is exposed to light via laser and then processed through traditional color paper chemicals. This paper boasts a life expectancy of over 75 years when taken care of correctly. They come with a beautiful matte/lustre finish, though please contact me if you’d like something different.
These prints will be signed and part of an open edition unless otherwise stated.

Customs and taxes

For all international purchases any customs fees and taxes charged by your country are not included in the price, sorry!

Shipping

Some items are made to order and they take up to a maximum of 3 weeks. I will give you an estimated postage time on receipt of your purchase, and let you know when your item is actually in the post.

I currently visit the post office on Wednesdays.

Items are shipped to the UK by first class mail unless the listing states otherwise. This usually takes 1 to 2 business days to arrive after being shipped.

International post is sent by airmail unless the listing states otherwise. Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs clearance times. As a guesstimate, shipping to the US takes around 5 to 14 days.

Small photographs are shipped in a board-backed envelope with an extra layer of mountboard to keep them safe. They're also nestled in a clear plastic wrapper to keep them dry.
Larger photographs (10"x10" and over) will also be wrapped in plastic, then rolled gently into a rigid cardboard postal tube.

All clothing will be as fresh as a daisy when it arrives. It will also be sent in secure packaging.

Refunds and exchanges

I try and make sure you're 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, then please contact me and I'll do what I can.

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return the goods to me in the original, resaleable condition within 30 days of receipt and I'll refund your money, minus shipping.

I keep proof of postage and will make a claim if any item is damaged/lost in the mail. If possible I will replace your item. All cases are handled individually.

I provide sizing information on my listings, please read these carefully and ask any questions you may have before buying.
